運通船隊持有《水路運輸許可證》、《國際船舶運輸經營許可證》等資質證書,嚴格遵守 ISM安全管理體系,以航運安全為唯一目標,認真完成所有拖曳航次。

We provide flag & place of registry consultant such as Palau International Ship Registry.

We offer shipping insurance consultant related to ocean towing for different ship condition.

Free quotation will be provided based on the consideration of factors of the distance, ship type, ship condition, weather condition, oil price and sailing difficulty.

We provide the fitness to tow assignments by an experienced and independent surveyor for every voyage depending on different nature of the towing operation. Assessment of towing line connection will be conducted before the towage. Site survey will be conducted if necessary.

We offer Ocean Tug Chartering for some customary ocean towing activities, such as offshore wind farm auxiliary work. ($/HP/Hour)

We offer non-customary ocean towing where the distance of the voyage or the distance between designated ports of refuge or safe anchorage points along the route are in excess of 24 hours (taking weather conditions into accounts). Different towing line connection options will be provided by our captain before the voyage.

Our towing ships provide professional double tow service which refers to the operation that is undertaken with two wires from two towing drums. Obviously the making up and breaking up the tow at each end of the voyage is more complex than single tows. It involves factoring in the planning of the roles of weather and sea conditions, water depths and crew skills as well as equipment selection for the tug and the barges including the barge’s main and emergency gear. Procedures during the passage are all skills which require experience and intuition rather than ones that can be set out in formal text.
